data2day 2023: Lectures for the data science conference wanted – until May 12th

The tenth edition of data2day will take place again on October 11th and 12th, 2023 in the IHK Karlsruhe. Experts can still apply for the conference for data scientists, data engineers and data teams with presentations and all-day workshops – the organizers have extended the Call for Proposals (CfP) until May 12th. We are looking for submissions on the topics of data science, data engineering and data analytics.

No matter where data scientists, data teams or companies are on the journey to becoming a data-driven company, since its premiere in 2014 data2day has provided the relevant, practical knowledge to master all challenges. As part of the Call for Proposals, the organizers are looking for heise Developer, iX and dpunkt.verlag – Up to and including May 12, lectures and workshops that actively involve participants and provide companies with valuable support in the planning, implementation and organization of data projects.

Submissions are welcome on topics such as

  • Start and implement the first data projects
  • Scale data teams and applications
  • Data modeling and prototyping
  • Architecture: Data Lake – Data Mesh
  • Data and ML tool best practices
  • Data Privacy, Data Ethics and Explainable AI
  • Automation: DataOps, MLOps, GitOps
  • Compliance, Governance, Data Sovereignty & Data Spaces
